Ben Mackinnon
Yoga & Meditation Teacher

Ben is a yoga and meditation teacher with a passionate belief in the self discovery and self transformative power of breath work, meditation, lucid dream and dream practises.


He has been involved in Hatha and Vinyassa yoga for over 20 years and is a qualified Yoga Teacher with strong influences from Tibetan Buddhism.

Ben has previous training as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Registered Nurse in subacute mental health dealing indepth with addiction, anxiety, depression and PTSD.

He offers workshops focussed on dream and lucid dreaming along with meditation and breath work for stress reduction, improved mental health and self exploration.

Bens mission is to make meditation, breath work and lucid dream practises accessible to all walksof life, all ages and all schedules.

If hes not teaching he will be found surfing on the southcoast of Sydney, Australia or travelling the world.
