In this 2 hr workshop you will learn and practise short, powerful and effective 5min techniques for dealing with common negative emotional states such as anger, anxiety and tiredness.
Along with techniques to improve sleep such as:
- Falling asleep mindfully.
- Falling back asleep if waking regularly.
- Use of pre and post dream states for self reflection and improvement.
- Dream diaries as a method of self exploration.
